What will happen on the day of the party?
Pretty and Sassy mobile spa and lounge will arrive and park at the location of your choice 45 minutes before party time. The host and party attendees will load the bus and the party will start. The bus remains stationary during the party. The bus is for entertainment purposes only and is not a spa or salon.

Our packages are tailored to girls ages 4-15! *All party participants must be at least 4 years old.
Where
All parties are held on the Pretty and Sassy bus at the destination of your choice. This can be in front of your home, in your driveway, or at a park. It is required that you ensure the bus has enough space to park safely at your event, and and obtain any and all clearances/permits. Pretty & Sassy is not liable if the hosting parent does not gain the proper approval. We serve Kansas City, Missouri.
When can we book a party?
All parties must be reserved and paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. You will be available to select the date for your party. Our parties are typically hosted on Saturdays. If and when possible we will open our calendar to Sunday bookings.
Policies
What are your Covid 19 precautions?
Before and after each party the bus is deep cleaned and sanitized.
Hands will be sanitized upon entry.
If you, your child or any of the party guests please are sick do not board the bus.
The $100 non refundable deposit that must be paid to secure your party date. Parties must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.
We strictly provide entertainment. Release forms will be emailed once you reserve your party. Including Makeup consents, photo release for minors, food allergy waivers, Covid-19, and Liability forms.
Encourage all your guests to arrive on time. Our parties are on a set schedule, parties will start and finish on time (weather permitting). In the event of inclement weather, parties will be rescheduled.
All photos taken by Pretty and Sassy during your party are used for advertising purposes only. We may use videos and or pictures from the party for our website or social media. Photo release waivers for minors will be provided to all party guests.
If you must cancel for any reason the party can be rescheduled once ( you must contact us in advance). We will try our best to accommodate you based on availability within your desired date.
We reserve the right to automatically reschedule and/or cancel parties due to non payment at anytime after the balance due date.
A full refund will be issued only due to bus mechanical failure.
No refunds will be issued once the party has been hosted.
We do provide cupcakes, drinks, and candy for the number of party guest booked. No outside food, drinks or candy is allowed on the bus.
For Spa parties, we ask that the party attendees that will receive mini mani/pedis come with polish removed.
It is solely the responsibility of the booking host/parent to inform the parents of the attendees the party details. Please refer them to our website for polices, FAQs and waivers.

Questions
How do I book a party?
Via our website, a link will be available once we began accepting bookings. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to hold your party date. This deposit does go towards the balance of the party.
Can I book the bus for adults?
Unfortunately no, we are ecstatic that you would consider us. The Pretty and Sassy Bus was created for young girls only.
What form of payment do you accept?
Visa, MC, American Express, Paypal. All parties must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to party date.
How far do you travel to host parties?
We travel within a 20 mile radius of the Kansas City Chiefs Arrowhead stadium. For parties more than 20miles from the stadium please contact us directly.
Can I stay on the bus?
Due to limited space we ask that you do not stay on the bus, however, a zoom link will be provided to view the party. The party host is requested to stay at the location. Parents may come on to observe intermittently. To allow space for staff and party guest we ask only 1 parent to board at a time.
How far in advance do we need to book a party?
We are requesting for all parties to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
What should we do to prepare for the party?
Have the driveway, street or party area clear for arrival and setup.
What happens if my guest don’t show or arrive late?
We have a set party schedule and we are unable to wait for guests that arrive late or don’t show. They can still join in upon their arrival.
What if one of the children have food allergies?
It is your responsibility to check for allergies to any foods and notify us in advance.
Is there a travel charge?
The first 20 miles from 64130 zip code are free, we charge $2 per mile after the first 20 miles for the party bus. Our max travel fee is 30 miles one way from the zip code above.
